Where do you ship?

We ship within North America.

We also ship internationally, but must be contacted via email first in order to calculate shipping availability and shipping costs for particular items to specified locations.

How much is shipping?

During checkout shipping is calculated according to the total price of your order:

Shipping costs are C$5.00 if your order is under $20.00
Shipping costs are C$12.50 if your order is between $20.00 - $60.00
Shipping costs are C$22.00 if your order is $60.00 and over

We charge taxes on orders being shipped within Canada, according to the tax rates of the destination province.

How long does shipping take?

All items are made to order and may be received in separate shipments if you have ordered several items (Clothing is shipped seperately from Prints which are also shipped separately from other items such as Jewellery).

Shipping times will vary according to the destination and the item chosen (some items take longer to create than others).
Clothing and Fine Art prints can take from 8-14 business days to be made and shipping is 2-14 business days within North America (10-21 days Internationally - sometimes up to 6 weeks, remote location dependant).
Please order early if you have time constraints or during holiday seasons.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping rates are based on the shipping costs of print suppliers and canada post shipping rates. Each item is a made to order, ethically sourced, and unique artifact — shipping rates reflect that. Although I would love to offer free shipping, it is simply impossible for an individual artist like myself to do so. Thank you for supporting the precious production of heartful art from small artists like myself.
